  I have an auto loan through connection credit union and at first I was just angry with the crappy sales lot they finance. The car that was sold to me was sold without the required safety inspection and several other promises of service. I had to voluntarily repossess the vehicle due to the engine seizing. I have a family to take care of and couldn't afford both repairs and monthly payment. this was started in February and it is now 6 months later and they still haven't resold the car at auction like they promise, they have agreed with me to wait on payment until it is sold but are reporting none of this to the credit bureaus. Which is part of their job mind you. How can you trust a business that can't follow through, are terrible at conflict resolution and can't even report correctly to the credit bureau when they are a credit union! Never go here unless you want to be screwed over

  If I could give zero stars I would. Had a loan officer tell us we were approved for a loan and to come into the office only to tell us once we got there that we needed a co signer.. I was stuck in traffic for over a half hour. Not only were they ungenuinly apologetic but very unprofessional. I would avoid them like the plague !!

  I have been a member since 1985. I joined Kit-Com Credit Union thru my union that merged with Kitsap Public Employees Credit Union. Then they changed the name to Connection Credit Union. I have been pleased with the service I have received. Everyone is always nice and courtesy. I love the fact they are shared branching because I now live in Tacoma.
