- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆UPS charged my child $5 for delivery of package. Irate customer as this was not told to us up front. Website says "UPS will hold can hold your package for not addition charge." Apparently if you are not a mailbox holder you are screwed. No where on website or in store does it say to call destination to see of UPS store can accept the shipped box. Would not be a problem is this info was up front, but is was a surprise for my child as the box was retrieved.By Michelle Heath, January 10, 2017
