  Imagine my shock when we tried to contact this attorney and was hung up on by his secretary. We later found out that the secretary is his wife. The attorney is a class-A jerk and so shady and underhanded. He will lie just to make a point that he is right. Also had the pleasure of running into his daughter (who wrote the other review on here, how convenient is that) and they are all so sanctimonious it isn't even the slightest bit funny. I would RUN away from these liars and thieves!

  Mr. Magneson took the time needed to fully assess my situation and gave me not only professional advice he also offered a compassionate heart. His office manager was very comprehensive in making sure I had all the proper paperwork prior to my visit and that I fully understood what would be required. Legal matters are stressful and Mr. Magneson treated me with dignity and understanding. I would recommend him to anyone for any legal need.   I was referred to Dale by another attorney as he believed Dale was more qualified to handle my case. Turned out, he was right. I found Dale extremely competent, efficient and amiable. He worked with me, endured my sarcastic wit with a quick and humorous wit of his own, and answered my questions and concerns with knowledge and consideration. He was prompt in returning my calls, and walked me through the whole process quickly and painlessly (if such situations can be 'painless'). Dale and Dona Magneson are a pair to draw to, as the saying goes. I would recommend them to any friend or honest stranger in financial hardship - you certainly couldn't do any better.
