  Their rates are higher than the competition but of course Shane McGraw makes it seem like he's working hard and getting you an impossible deal. After I switched, he personally tried extorting money from me and then cancelled the appraisal I paid for instead of transferring the appraisal like I had requested. He claims to be all for helping the military but that only applies when he's making a killing off them. The appraisal was reinstated only after I had contacted personnel from the main Waterstone Mortgage company. But it's okay because he's always stating how rich he is... guess who he used to get there (the naive first time home buyers). He's comparable to a car salesman selling next years dodge charger model to a recruit with a 36% interest rate. ***Highly recommend you avoid Shane McGraw entirely.***

  We were recommended my a old friend of mine to Shane. (The other person was unable to give us a answer after over 2 months of waiting) The Shane McGraw team is so phenomenal they make me want to hang out in their office! They all communicate well, and have superb attitudes. They make you feel welcome and answer questions fast! Shane is passionate about helping vets! (My husband is a vet.) You can see it in his eyes and also how he speaks, he is there to help, and puts all his energy into giving you the information you need to be a successful home owner!

  No matter where Shane and his team goes, you know you want to follow them. From our very first home purchase, to our "forever home" and a few refinances later, Shane and his team have worked tirelessly for our family. We couldn't imagine working for a more caring and knowledgeable group of people. Definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

  When we first met Shane his promise to us was that he was going to make us say "WOW" at the end of the process. He more than came through on his word! His team was awesome and knowledgeable and moved mountains to make the entire process seamless. Shane is full of great advice and insight and his reputation precedes his name. We were referred to him through friends, but had also worked with him on other projects. The McGraw team is highly professional and can be trusted. We are glad they were there for us!
