- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank talks about being informal, friendly and fun. And that is what it remains, talk. A couple days ago somebody ran my card wrong and my account became over drafted, and instead of being helpful and correcting the mistake, "Cindy" claimed their was nothing she could do and I was going to have to pay for the mistake. When I had an account at Wamu, I accidentally over drafted once. I went in to the bank, spoke with them and they removed the fee. After how I was treated today I plan on closing my account and finding a new bank. Thank you Chase for continuing to lie through your teeth about your so called "Customer service."By A Google User, January 06, 2017
